Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any body care items, including soaps, face masks, and other skincare products.

However, we do accept returns on non-body items such as soap dishes, shave bowls, and shave brushes, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return on eligible items, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
